The dream of a lifetime becomes real with the renovation of this typical L-shaped farmstead dating back to mid-18th century and the chance to share this astonishing land, Unesco world heritage, with anyone willing to.
Our country house is located in Neive, one of the most beautiful villages of Italy, on a 3 hectares property mainly cultivated with vine, walnut and hazelnut.
The guest rooms, the breakfast room and the kitchen are facing south-east, whereas our family lives in the opposite wing, the one with arcades that used to be the hay loft, on the first floor.
The renovation works have been carried out in full respect of the building elements and materials typical of the piedmont tradition and the original structure. The farmstead, denominated “Podere Palaretto”according to the inscription on marble to be found on one of the facades, is 2km away from the historic center of Neive.
Our ambition is to share with all of you who love Langhe, Roero and Monferrato or wishes to discover these territories, the fascination that drove us into this new adventure.
