Duration and payment

  • We accept credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro) and Bancomat.
    To confirm your booking, we ask you to guarantee the details of a credit card (number and expiry date) that will not be charged (unless canceled with a penalty).
    Alternatively, we ask you for a deposit of 30% of the total amount.

Cancellation policy

  • up to 15 days before arrival no charge (we will return the prepayment)
  • between 14 and 2 days before arrival 50% of total agreed price (we keep the prepayment or charge credit card)
  • 1 day or no-show, the full price will be charged
