The breakfast room with the adjacent kitchen are on the ground floor respectively in the ex barn for grown up cows and in the ex barn for calf.
We will welcome you with a breakfast full of local products, km0 and slow food, with the possibility to side sweet and salty: hazelnut cakes and tarts, typical biscuits (baci, brutti e buoni), croissant, jams, seasonal fresh fruit, chees from Alta Langa (raschera d’alpeggio, Castelmagno, robiola di Roccaverano), sliced hams...
Inside the breakfast room some comfortable seats are in the relax area and in the reading area.
Cooking classes for typical Piedmont recipes can be arranged in the adjacent kitchen, following reservation.
